Welcome Tirzah Rogers to International Properties and Investments llc.

It is with great pride that we introduce you to our wonderful daughter, Tirzah who became a licensed agent this past July 2012 and joined our real estate brokerage here in Wellington Florida.

Tirzah graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University at the age of 18 with her bachelors degree in Psychology. She started taking one class per semester at PBAU at the age of 14. When she was 16 she started to take the regular college course load. Then she took a break from college to have a baby and work with troubled children and with the mental health system here in South Florida. She went back to Palm Beach Altlantic University while she was taking care of a small toddler and working full time to earn her Masters Degree in Psychology in May 2012. In July she had her second baby.

Tirzah has worked for us for many years off and on in our real estate business starting at the age of 12 years old helping with the expired listing mailings. She has been surrounded by real estate professionals most all her life. She understands the walk and the talk of the real estate space.

She is a great listener and that makes her a fantastic buyers agent. Tirzah loves helping buyers find their dream homes. She works very well with people and buyers love working with her.

Tirzah is success minded as well. She closed on her first transaction in October after taking her maternity time in July and August. Her first transaction was a cash buyer for a sale of $265,000 and closed in 3 weeks. She works with second home buyers, first time home buyers and retirees.
