Palm Beach County Home Sales Up and Making Records
In April of 2013 Palm Beach County home sales hit a record high. There were 1,403 single family homes sold and closed in the month of April. There were 1,559 townhomes and condos closed during this same period.

This is a record high since 2007.
Palm Beach County is where Wellington, Loxahatchee, Royal Palm Beach, Lantana, Greenacres, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Palm Beach, Palm Beach Shores, Lake Worth, Hypoluxo, Manalapan, Jupiter, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter Farms are located.
Palm Beach county ranked second in the entire state of Florida for closed sales of single family homes and ranked third for sales of condos and townhouses in the first quarter of 2013.
The Realtor® association of the Palm Beaches says that we have reached stability in our market.
Over 60% of the sales in Wellington and many other locales in Palm Beach County are ALL CASH. There are multiple offers being recieved on most inventory especially in the first time homebuyer price ranges.
Inventory of homes for sale in Palm Beach County has dropped a lot. It is down by 43%. That means that only half of the homes are listed for sale as there were last year at this time.
