We introduce and welcome Adyle Assis Wilson as a new agent joining our company- International Properties and Investments LLC in Wellington Florida. Adyle Wilson works with buyers, sellers, renters and landlords in Wellington, Lake Worth, Royal Palm Beach, Lantana, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Loxahatchee and West Palm Beach Florida- all located in Palm Beach County.

Adyle Assis Wilson was born in Colombia where she grew up with her parents and grandparents. She had a special interest in literature, history and law. During the weekends she spent time on her parents farm riding horses and playing with animals.

She attended law school at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Medellin, Colombia. She studies Law, Language and History. After 5 years of excelling in her studites she received her master’s degree. When she completed school, she moved to Boca Raton, Florida and continued to study English. She then met her husband Brian who is a native born Floridian.

Adyle and Brian have been married for 5 years. They have shared many experiences traveling though out Florida, Colombia and cruising in the Caribbean. When not working they love to and attend local events with their wonderful dog (Sasha). They share a passion for helping local animal rescue organizations and foster dogs as needed.

For 3 years Adyle and Brian ran an investment firm that consisted of homes and small multi-family properties throughout Palm Beach County. They started working with the investors from day one and built up the business from 0 to 200 units. All properties where vacant, and in need of rehab and stabilization. Throughout the growth of the company they developed many in-house systems to help manage and maintain the properties and tenants at a very efficient level.

With her many years of experience, she has proficiently learned the local area from Jupiter to Boca Raton to the south, and Wellington to the west to the east along with West Palm Beach, Lantana, Lake Worth, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach and Boca Raton.

After moving from the firm Adyle wanted to continue a carrier in Real Estate. She completed her schooling and obtained her real estate license with the state of Florida. Her husband continues to work with investors buying and rehabbing homes in the Palm Beach County area.

Adyle is fluent in Spanish and English. This is perfect for local and foreign buyers, renters and sellers.

Adyle now feels at home working with International Properties and investment and continues to help renters and home buyers find that perfect home.

Adyle Assis Wilson, Colombiana de nacimiento en donde crecio con su familia, desde temprana edad mostro especial interes en literatura e historia, durante su tiempo libre se dedicaba a compartir con sus padres en una casa en las afueras de la ciudad, disfrutaba montando a caballo y cuidando de los animales.

Cuando termino bachillerato asistio a la escuela de derecho de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana de Medellin, Colombia. Estudio leyes, literatura e historia, al finalizar con sus estudios, se mudo a la ciudad de Boca Raton, Florida para continuar con estudios del idioma ingles. Fue alli en Boca Raton, donde conocio a su esposo Brian quien nacio en Florida y ha pasado la mayor parte de su vida en Palm Beach County.

Brian y Adyle han estado casados por 5 anos. Ellos han compartido muchas experiencias viajando en especial en la Florida, Colombia y en cruceros por el Caribe. Cuando ellos no estan trabajando participan en diferentes actividades locales con su perro llamado Sasha. Ellos tambien participan en organizaciones locales para la ayuda de animales sin hogar.

En los ultimos 3 anos Brian y Adyle dirigieron una firma de inversionistas dedicada en adquirir propiedades a lo largo del condado de Palm Beach, desde el primer dia que comenzaron a trabajar con inversionistas adquirieron propiedades de las cuales se encargaron de rehabilitar y rentar creando novedosos y eficientes sistemas para ayudar a mantener las propiedades con altos estandares de calidad.

Con estos anos de experiencia, Adyle tiene amplios conocimientos del condado de Palm Beach y Broward de este a oeste y de norte a sur.

Adyle despues de su experiencia decidio continuar con su Carrera en bienes raices y su esposo continua trabajando para inversionistas rehabilitando propiedades.

Adyle habla Ingles y Espanol, por lo cual puede ayudar a sus clientes nacionales e internacionales.
